Hey, Melanie Beckler here. In this video, I’m going to share with you a simple yet powerful process to connect with your highest self, your highest divine light. The higher self is the higher dimensional aspect of you. That is your core truth. That is one with source, the one the divine, the infinite and that is aware of the specific purpose and mission.
You as a soul incarnated here in the physical to experience and so connecting with your higher self empowers you to get that higher divine perspective of you to clearly know your best steps or also to simply observe your present situation from the lenses of divine love, from the higher knowing and divine truth. That is the divine core of you existing outside of the realm of duality and illusion outside above the three d there are in terms of your multidimensionality different levels of your higher self across different dimensions.
And in this video, we’re going to focus on connecting with your highest divine self, your highest divine light, and that part of you that is one with the divine I am all of it is and that can most support and guide and assist you in your life. So I’m going to tell you real quick how we’re going to do this practice and then I will invite you to join me in doing it. And in the description, I channeled a meditation with Archangel Michael for embodying your highest divine light. So check that out as well. But essentially you are able to do this. You innately have a link with your highest divine self and with the core divine truth of you to reconnect with that. It’s about clearing your mind, silencing your thoughts, and tuning in to a relaxed, present point of being fully here.
Now when you’re relaxed, you’re then able to consciously call in light around you in a way you can feel, perceive and experience, and then call forth your highest divine self to lower down, to move in all around you, to embody through you as you then relax and allow this higher self embodiment to happen.
Keeping your mind clear, focused on your breath present at this moment. Now you can then receive guidance from your higher self as well as a profound frequency shift from changing your state of embodiment through awareness. In addition to being aware of yourself as a physical being, a personality, self-present in the physical world, you can retain awareness of the higher divine truth of you and your higher self, which has so many benefits in your life. Ultimately, spiritual growth is the process of embodying your highest divine self, your higher self, your highest truth.
More and more as you go about your everyday life and practices like we’re about to dive into will help you to consciously call forth that experience to create a tangible and real shift at the moment. So let’s go ahead and do this now, sets and close your eyes, and just begin to direct your attention inward. Breathe in. And as you inhale, imagine that you are breathing divine gold and light in from all around.
Let it fill your abdomen, the central column along with your core. And as you exhale, let go breathe in divine light. And as you exhale, release and let go of all that no longer serves, you can then think or say, I now call in my team of guides, angels, and ascended masters of the highest Christ did light support me. And now tuning into connecting with and embodying my highest divine light.
Now allow your awareness to focus within, focused on your heart, allowing your heart to glow with brilliant divine light, allowing your mind to be clear and calm, to glow with divine light, and to radiate golden light around you. And then tuning into your abdomen. Allow your abdomen to light up with golden light shining around you. Breathe, relax. Become aware of the presence of your team, of guides and angels that are all around loving you, supporting you, blessing you with divine light, love, and healing frequency. Breathe the light in… Exhale and let go.

Hey Melanie, it took me years to value who I was at all. Most of the people in my life were backstabbers, liars, cheats, or people who were asleep, abused themselves…I forgave them over and over and over, people won’t value your love or you unless you teach them too. And some don’t wish to learn from those who are gifted like yourself. Thank you for reminding me that I matter too in the Lords eyes, and once you learn that fact that nobody is any better than yourself you never go back to the abuse from others…And you seek out like minded people who are helping others like yourself. This may sound weird… But when I did this excercise I got the feeling of a warm hug wrapped around me. It’s like I heard a voice almost, in the back of my mind, telling me it was all going to be okay, and I was doing the right thing with a hard situation in my life right now.
