This was so amazing. I really felt a connection. I did my medation outside. I was hearing so many things. Things falling from the tree, a chopper plane flew over several times, a slow breeze against my face. A deep beep in my heart. I saw purple and green while meditating. Once done and opening my eyes it was so bright, clear and still… AMAZING
