Thank you…the tears were flowing when I did this….especially when I sent love to the challenging person….my ex who is abusing my son daily and has been withholding him from me through manipulation and Parental Alienation techniques. It has been heartbreaking. There is a lot of healing that needs to happen on many levels. Forgiveness and love is all part of it. Thank you for this. I have been hurting so badly and struggling to get through my days and trying to find strength…I’m appreciative of meditations like this…
