Magick Honey Chamomile Biscuits

As you know chamomile is one of my favorite magickal ingredients and due to some busyness in my own life I’ve recently found it to be invaluable once again. Chamomile is my favorite go to for anything sleep related and it is also a great one for kitchen witchery! So when I found the need for a sleep spell it was the first to come to mind.

Ingredients:
Chamomile Milk
3/4 cups milk
handful of loose leaf chamomile flowers or one tea bag
Biscuit
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 Tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
(3/4 cup of that chamomile milk)
