That’s very useful on a daily basis as shower becomes a sacred space, added with water 💦 is a powerful tool to cleansed everything, from body, spirit and Aura. I like to add lemon 🍋 or roses 🌹 or vanilla to add a sense of happiness, purity and sweetness during the shower time.
But I will try now to focus on releasing energy which needs to leave mine.

I have done something like it for years. But it is with negative energy. John Edwards taught it. While you in the shower see your self being covered with deep dark black ash, soap up normally and when you rinse see all the dark black soot running off your body and down the drain with the water and rinse until the water is clean. Tonight I will cleanse my Aura and energy field to. Thanks for information.

Day to day spiritual practices…yes! Please share. I use a drop of essential oils on occasion and we make our own soap with natural shea butter as well…which for me enhances the experience. Love your videos!

i had negative energy on me. i was thinking of ways how to clean my negative energy. i pray to God i listen to meditation music but that negative energy was very stubborn. today i decided to take a shower with salt mixed with soap. in the beginning i was scared but im happy i actually did it. my aura never felt cleaner like now. i can feel it in my Body. i thank God that i did what i did today. i was suffering from negative energy around my aura for very long time and i had a lot of hardship in my life. but negative energies are scared from detox. from a clean aura and they go away. Thank you God for showing me the way to set my self free. i love salt. Namaste. must add. while showering i started yawning. and after the shower too.
