   Wanted to share an experience I had while I was mediating to the 21 day meditative series called desire and destiny, it was day three called confident me. While meditating I experienced a euphoric sensation in the area of my mid section, a lightness, expansive feeling like the area was turning to light. This feeling lasted some time until the meditation ended. I’ve been mediating for many years off and on and have never had such a experience that I feel will say with me. My reaction to the experience was one of gratitude. Thank you Deepak and Oprah
