*Drinks are ordered in strength, the first is the least strong and the last is the strongest
► Rosé Lemonade Elderflower Sangria
(adapted from original recipe)
Original Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 5 ounces of rosé
• 1 ounce of elderflower syrup
• half a fresh squeezed lemon
• 1 ounce of simple syrup
• splash of seltzer water
• sliced strawberries
• lemon slices
• fresh mint for garnish
To Make:
• fill a glass with ice and rosé then add in the elderflower syrup, lemon juice, simple syrup, and splash of seltzer and stir. Then add in the other garnishes and enjoy.
► Huckleberry Blackberry Bourbon Cocktail
(adapted recipe from an Earl Grey Blackberry Bourbon Cocktail)
Original Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 oz bourbon
• 1 1/2 oz chilled Huckleberry Tea (though any tea will do)
• 1/2 oz shot simple syrup
• 2 blackberry
• sprig of rosemary
• (optional) ice
To Make:
• if you are going to do it the correct way and not the way we did it in the video – muddle the blackberries with the simple syrup. If you want to follow along with us and do it the wrong way wait to do this step until about an hour later after the cocktail is half consumed.
• add bourbon, huckleberry tea, and ice if you would like it to be chilled. then stir
• garnish with rosemary and enjoy
► Honey Sage Bourbon Cocktail
Original Recipe:
Ingredients:
honey sage syrup
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup honey
• 10 – 12 fresh sage leaves
cocktail
• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1 orange peel
• fresh sage leaves
• 3 tbsp honey sage syrup
• (optional) ice
To Make:
• bring the water, honey, and sage to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to low and simmer for 3 minutes. let cool
• if you wish to add ice add it now then pour in the bourbon and syrup. add in the other garnishes and enjoy
