The 528 Frequency corresponds to the note MI musical note and comes from the phrase “MI-ra gestorum” in Latin, which means “miracle.” This is why it is referred to as the “miracle tone.”
This track is also combined with the gentle sound of rain falling. This sound induces induce what is known as sound-awareness within meditation, which produces an easy way to regain control over stressful thoughts in a constructive manner.
