Hello, there everyone, this week things have kind of been upended and my health has had to take precedence over some other things so today’s video was one I didn’t exactly plan to be sharing with you now but the one I had planned has needed to go on the back burner for the time being. After Friday I will hopefully be getting back on track but anyways thank you guys so much for watching and I hope you enjoy it!

Raspberry Thyme Vinegar:

1 1/2 cup raspberries
a few sprigs of thyme
3 cups of white, white wine, or apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
To Make:
Rinse the berries then set them aside. In a saucepan, combine the vinegar and sugar, and without bringing it to a boil stir until the sugar is dissolved
Place berries into a sealable jar and add in a few sprigs of thyme
Pour the vinegar and sugar mixture over the berries then cover the jar tightly and let stand at room temperature for 48 hours.
After the 48 hours have passed strain the vinegar through several layers of cheesecloth or a towel into a sterilized bottle or jar. seal tightly with a lid and then store in a cool dark place
Use this on anything you would regularly use vinegar in your kitchen!
