Was kind of thinking the same thing. Like I know nothing about him and he could be in much better shape than I am but when I think of biological age I think actually younger. Like if you had a 20 year old that just sat in his room all day eating and playing games, weighed 300 pounds and could barely walk 100 feet. Compared to a 40 year old that eats healthy, exercises every day, and could run a marathon then I’d say biology the 20 year old is younger. So unless he’s actually somehow reversing his age I think calling this video reversing biological age is misleading.
@gl ml i know immortality is possible, i plan on making a new channel explaining the science of this stuff actually. I just wanted to know why he doesnt look physically younger. Btw my new channel is in yhe making its called Cosmic Curiosity
